(Senior) Circuit Simulation Software Architect

Responsibilities
Our circuit simulation and verification products are world leading solutions for analog, mixed-signal, memory circuit (Flash, DRAM, SRAM) and SOC design simulation and verification. We design and develop next generation circuit simulation and analysis technologies to empower fast and accurate simulation and verification for very large scale circuit.
We’re looking for Senior position in our circuit simulation team for following areas:
1、Mixed-Signal Co-Simulation technology and product development
2、RF circuit simulation algorithm design and development
3、FastSpice core engine and technology development
4、Analog Spice simulation core algorithm development
5、Parallel system development/optimization and hardware acceleration
Job Responsibilities:
1、Design and implementation key algorithm for circuit simulation and analysis product
2、Lead team (onsite or offsite) for product development, testing and release
3、Customer engagement support and post sales customer support for circuit simulation and analysis products
Requirements
1、Demonstrated strong capability in C++ programming
2、Strong verbal and written communication skills
3、Ability to work productively in a team environment
4、PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (8 years for candidates with an MS degree)
5、Background in circuit simulation, numerical mathematics,standard cell characterization, and/or graph algorithms would be a plus
6、Agile learning and motivation to collaborate with internal and external partners

Senior Device modeling /DTCO Architect

Responsibilities
Our device modeling products are world leading solutions for baseband, corner, RF, reliability and statistical modeling. We design and develop next generation model extraction technologies to empower fast and accurate model extraction for bulk MOS and FinFET technologies.
We’re looking for Senior position in our device modeling team for following areas:
1、DTCO and TCAD
2、Device Model Extraction
3、RF modeling
4、Statistical modeling
Job Responsibilities:
1、Design and implementation key algorithm for device model extraction and model QA products
2、Design and develop DTCO flow
3、Lead team (onsite or offsite) for product development, testing and release

Responsibilities
We are looking for successful candidates to be a senior technical leader in multiple area of EDA product development including circuit simulation, digital simulation, cell characterization, DTCO, parasitic extraction, STA/SSTA and physical design (DRC/LVS). This individual will be responsible for leading and helping us define the product architecture and designing highly efficient data structures and algorithms, and a commitment to deliver top quality production software which exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
This role calls for an experienced and highly skilled software developer that understands how to analyze EDA tool and flow problems, and works with key customers as well as cutting edge industry partners to define and propose novel solutions for the areas of applications listed above.
1、Knowledge/Experience required: EDA software development, design of algorithms with efficient data structures.
2、Has strong motivation to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
3、Working knowledge in developing and maintaining complex C++/C applications in a Unix/Linux environment.
4、Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to produce design documents detailing product requirements.
5、MS/Phd in EE, CS, CE or related discipline and 8+ years of industry experience. -

Job Description:
1、Responsible for the development and testing of features and performance improvement in EDA software applications in one of following area: development including circuit simulation, digital simulation, cell characterization, DTCO, parasitic extraction, STA/SSTA and physical design (DRC/LVS).
2、Responsible for the customer support of related productsRequirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, mathematics, electronic engineering, computer or related, at least 3 years working experience
2、Familiar with common algorithms and data structure
3、Experience in one of major software development language including C/C++, Python or JAVA, experience in multi-thread and multi-process programming
4、Experience in distributed computing related projects is preferred
5、Master the basic theory of microelectronic devices and integrated circuits, EDA especially simulation software development or project experience is preferred.
